Virtual Postpartum Support
- Emotional support: I understand that the postpartum period can be a challenging time for new parents, and I am here to provide a listening ear and offer validation and encouragement as you navigate the ups and downs of parenthood.
- Practical support: While I can't be there in person to help with tasks like feeding and diaper changes, I can provide guidance on these topics and offer suggestions for practical solutions to common challenges.
- Referrals and resources: If you need additional support beyond what I can offer, I am happy to provide referrals to other professionals or support groups that may be able to help.
PACKAGES:
- Drop-In Chat: $35 per hour (1st hour guaranteed)
- Weekly Check-In: $375 (At least 2 weeks guaranteed) This is three 2-hour sessions on whatever days of the week that you choose.
Postpartum In-Home Care
- Emotional support: Postpartum depression and anxiety are common. My goal is to help you feel that you have the support you need in hopes to help alleviate as much stress as possible.
- Home care: Additional assistance at home, such as help with household chores or childcare. I help to give you time to focus on your healing and new addition.
- Education: I can help all family members learn about newborn care, feeding, and other important topics related to postpartum recovery and infant health in order to create a safe and healing environment for the entire family.
PACKAGES:
- Drop-In Care: $220 Deposit, $40 per hour (Must complete a drop-in chat for assessment)
- 20 Care Hours: $750, 3 to 4 hours per day at least 3 times per week for the days of your choosing. ($250 deposit)
- 40 Care Hours: $1450, 3 to 4 hours per day 3 to 4 days per week for the days of your choosing.($350 deposit)
- All In One: $3250-4400. Includes virtual care, Postpartum prep, organization, and in-home care for 40 hours of care. ($1200 deposit)
Postpartum Prep
Creating a postpartum plan that outlines support systems, childcare, and discusses what to expect after birth/adoption as well as common challenges
Shop With Me: Stocking up on essentials like pads, breastfeeding supplies, and nutritious food to set the family up for success.
Nesting Organization: Let me help you organize your space to create an optimal healing environment for the whole family. This has been shown to drastically improve challenges faced in the fourth trimester.

BEGINS AT 35 WEEKS
Organize Only: $420, 6 hours of organization to prepare your home.
Nest Love: $35 per hour, organize 1 room, create a care plan, meal prep first-day home meals
Do It For Me: $1150, Shop, create a care plan based on your needs, organize 1 to 2 rooms, meal prep up to 4 meals. ($300 deposit)
